Rayalaseema Ruchulu (literarily
means "The Tastes of Rayalaseema") was founded in 2003 by
a team of young entrepreneurs originating from the region with a mission
to;
"Introduce the connoisseurs
of cosmopolitan Hyderabad to the authentic and spicy culinary delights
of the Rayalaseema cuisine which has its own distinctive taste, taking
all necessary steps to ensure strong presence of home touch."
Over the years Rayalaseema
Ruchulu has grown into a chain comprising
of 3
restaurants at
Hyderabad. The 4th restaurant will open shortly to customers at Road
# 36, Jubilee Hills near SVM Mall.
We serve ethnic culinary
delights of Rayalaseema and Andhra regions to gourmets at Masab Tank,
Lakdi ka pul and Ameerpet. Each restaurant has a capacity to serve
a substantial number of guests at any point in time with add-on services
in tastefully decorated air-conditioned environment that depicts the
culture of the region. Times Food Guide adjudged Rayalaseema
Ruchulu as best restaurant in the category of regional cuisine
successively for two calendar years 2009 & 2010.

Raagi sankati etc for an authentic feel of Rayalaseema robustness.
